1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuantPlace ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
QuantPlace is a digital marketplace for buying and selling labeled trading datasets, including but not limited to order book snapshots (L2/L3), OHLCV data, strategy logs, and AI training data. The Platform facilitates transactions between vendors (sellers) and buyers but does not own or guarantee the accuracy of any dataset listed.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each person may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must ensure that all datasets they upload are accurate, legally obtained, and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Datasets must pass the Platform's automated validation pipeline before being listed. Vendors grant QuantPlace a non-exclusive license to store, display previews of, and distribute purchased copies of their datasets through the Platform.
5. Buyer Rights & Responsibilities
Purchased datasets are licensed for the buyer's personal or commercial use unless otherwise stated by the vendor. Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased datasets. Buyers are responsible for verifying dataset suitability before the escrow period expires.
6. Payments & Fees
All transactions are processed through our payment provider. The Platform charges a 20% commission on each sale, which is deducted automatically before funds are credited to the vendor's balance. All prices are listed in USD. Vendors may withdraw their available balance to a USDT TRC-20 wallet.
7. Escrow & Disputes
All purchases are subject to a 3-day escrow hold. During this period, buyers may open a dispute if the dataset is materially different from its description, corrupted, or fraudulent. See our Refund Policy for full details. After the escrow period, funds are automatically released to the vendor.
8. Prohibited Content
Vendors may not list datasets that contain personally identifiable information (PII), proprietary trading data obtained without authorization, malware, or any content that violates applicable laws. The Platform reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
QuantPlace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any dataset. In no event shall QuantPlace be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
